| 1. Require comprehensive knowledge of a recognized professional discipline and an ability in a highly complex or specialized field to establish and/or modify standard guidelines, techniques, or commercial principles
2. Required to have record for sustained professional contribution; i.e., patent, award, publication 3. Provide technical assistance to customers by performing one or more of the following functions: A. Engineering assistance application, programming specifications, etc. B. Field service installation start-up integration, system optimization, maintenance and warranty implementation. 4. Provide customer coordination of Rockwell products and systems by performing the following functions: A. On-site analysis and specification preparation. B. Hardware configuration - system and product application. C. Programming assistance. D. Project coordination between customer E. Technical support - field start-up, integration and maintenance. F. Documentation. G. Testing and acceptance. 5. Provide technical assistance to sales and customer personnel on product applications to include alternatives, recommendations, explanations, surveys, etc., to meet the customers' requirements. 6. Make recommendations for product improvements, especially as they affect operation and reliability of Rockwell products. Identify new product opportunities. 7. Assist in training customers and Rockwell personnel in the application, operation, adjustment and proper maintenance of Rockwell equipment. 8. Provide proper reporting of technical, administrative and accounting information as required. 9. Be available to travel to remote sites ore other districts when necessity dictates. 10. Maintain good relationships with the customers. 11. Pursue all opportunities to generate revenue for all Rockwell products and technical support services including but not limited to application engineering contracts, retrofit contracts, training, documentation and support service agreements. 12. Provide feedback concerning safety and liability issues as it related to the application of Rockwell products. 13. Maintain assigned equipment to insure good operating conditions and calibration. |

| Minimum Qualifications | |
| Minimum 5 years’ experience, BSEE or other engineering disciplines consistent with Rockwell control system support requirements and/or registration as a professional engineer.
Experience in using C++, Visual Basic, Oracle/MSSQL DBMS, MES implementation is preferred |
